Hi there, and welcome to my home on the web. No, my real name is NOT Aphrodite, nor do I look like the picture above.

I chose the name of Aphrodite for my site because after reading about her, I believe all of us share a few of her characteristics. We are, at times vain, stubborn, and determined, yet we can also be loving, daring and considerate of others. And I think all of us, without exception have a deep deep need to be loved, admired, and to give love in return. Just my perception of course. 

My site is small yet, most of it I am writing myself, sharing emotions and thoughts with you hoping that the things I have "lived", the pain and the joy, will somehow touch your life in some small way.
